Today, 25% of Hillel families require financial assistance in order to provide their children with a Jewish education. Tuition assistance is the heart of our identity as a Jewish community day school. With hope for a better market, we recognize that Jewish children continue to need scholarship. Our school is committed to being fiscally responsible by only giving out as much assistance as we are able to fundraise. In these new times, we are fortunate to be part of an institution built by and for community, built upon values that keep us connected to Hashem and committed to one another.
With your help, we were able to raise enough money to provide children with the aid they needed for 2009-2010; if we do not raise the dollars now, we will not be able to do the same for 2010-2011. Anything you can do will make a difference.
